At Collective Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them within a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
